Do you really print and ship next business day?

Yes! After placing the order, we usually PRINT AND SHIP NEXT BUSINESS DAY. (Note that if the Graphic Design service is involved in your purchase, delivery times may be extended).
Where can I add my FAQs?

FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
Can you print my custom theme?

Yes! FIRST MAKE SURE YOU SEE ALL THE OPTIONS WE HAVE FOR YOUR DESIRED THEME IN OUR STORE.. IF YOU DONT SEE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. WE CAN ALSO PRINT ANY PNG PICTURE from google or sites like www.pngwing.com, you can also send your own pictures and designs, we offer free background removal and resolution Improvement to make sure the final product is awesome! Go to the "CUSTOM ORDER" section, select your desired size and upload the graphics.
Can you add a name or design?

Yes! We can add simple custom phrases or names for $10, this goes directly to a external graphic designer that has the tools/skills and you will get proof before printing. If the design is more complex, then it would be $10/hour usually totaling between $20-40 this will be handled after purchase via chat. You can also send the final design and get free resolution improvement and/or background removal for free WE CAN PRINT ANY PNG PICTURE from google or sites like www.pngwing.com
Will my order arrive before a specific date?

We cannot guarantee an exact arrival date by any means, because of unexpected delays being always a possibility.. but I can tell you that 7 business days is the standard time it takes to arrive 99% of the time. If you consider is necessary you can pay extra for expedited shipping, let us know via chat and we would send a separate payment link based on the items you have purchased. We recommend ordering 2 or preferably 3 weeks before the party to ensure it arrives on time
Do you really offer Financing?

Yes, at checkout it will be financing options, If you are planning a party from $500 to $40.000 we can finance with low payments up to 60 months (without touching your credit score 😉). Talk to us to know how!
How do you ship such big prints?

Folded! It all depends on the print size. Some prints are in one piece, others are folded or custom very large backdrops may be in two pieces. When the print arrives in two pieces, don't worry, once assembled, the print becomes one element :). Go check our instructional videos on how to properly assemble and install in our social media accounts.
Do you really print and ship a new product if my Items arrive damaged?

Yes Don't Worry! We offer FREE REPLACEMENT ON ALL ORDERS, we also cover the standard shipping costs. Please contact us via chat, make sure to include your order number and pictures off the damaged item(s) What we don't cover or guarantee: If your party is too soon and need to arrive soon YOU MUST PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. If you don't want a replacement and prefer a full refund for your order, you must make the claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number and invoice. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BY ANY MEANS THE EXACT DATE OF ARRIVAL OF THE PACKAGE.
I'm a event planner can I get a discount?

Yes! All prices shown on funsetsmiami.com are factory prices, we have discounts for recurring customers and you will receive the coupon codes with every purchase. If you have a very large order you can also request a special coupon via chat.
What material do you print on?

Foamboard, foamcore 3/16"
